  • Accounting Support (AP/AR/Bookkeeping): from $30/hour

  • Recruitment: We begin with a $100 retainer to start your project. From there, costs follow a tiered plan based on the role, salary, and scope of the hire.

    • Phase 1: Consultation & job profile setup - $100 retainer due.

    • Phase 2: Sourcing & screening candidates - first portion of tiered fee due.

    • Phase 3: Shortlist & interview coordination - second portion due at shortlist delivery.

    • Phase 4: Hire & onboarding support - final balance due upon successful hire.

    This milestone-based structure ensures payments are spread fairly across each stage of the process.

Final pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and frequency of work, so you only pay for exactly what you need.
